How order tracking works

- Click the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the relevant carrier's website.
- Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after shipping.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation or the tracking status remains unchanged for a longer period, contact us at info@odavia-store.com with your order number.
